Derived from U.S. history, the DeNovo Decisions curriculum in Sequential Leadership Development consists of four progressive simulations (called “Fact-Sets”™). Each Fact-Set is accurately drawn from American politics, diplomacy and economics. The Fact-Sets, like the events they are based on, involve the resolution of a high stakes American dilemma. Participants improve their leadership skill sets through the process of resolving historic decisions with the same facts that the historic participants had before them.
The Fact-Sets engage mid-level management and executives at a sophisticated intellectual level by creating a high stakes, high involvement contest. Within this environment, participants refine their leadership and negotiation skills, practice effective advocacy, and persuasive presentations. This stand alone course allows in-house corporate, government and non-profit trainers, and independent consultants to evaluate leadership skills and improvement over time. For management, the DeNovo Decisions cirriculum provides a forum to watch employees grow and refine the skill they need and bring about the organization's mission.
